Coriander Is an Ayurvedic medicine. Its leaves are very useful.  Green coriander has been used in Indian cuisine around for centuries. It is quite beneficial for health. Protein, fat, fiber, carbohydrates, minerals, etc. is found in Coriander. In addition, green coriander leaf contain calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, Thiyamin, Potoshiam and vitamin C.

Drinking buttermilk mixed with fresh coriander helps in problems like indigestion, nausea, dysentery and colitis soothes.

Dried coriander seeds boiled in water and Get it cool and drink, this water helps to reduce cholesterol from your body.

A teaspoon of coriander juice mixed with a pinch of turmeric to be beneficial to acne.

A sauce made of Green coriander, green chillies, grated coconut and ginger sauce helps in abdominal pain caused by indigestion from eating improperly.

If menstruation  is in exceed condition than boil six grams of coriander seeds with half liter of water. While boiling when it becomes half then drink by Sips in luke warm position mix a little sugar as per your interest.
