मटर से बीमारी का इलाज़
मटर एक सामान्य सब्जी है जो हर घर में अपने मौसम के अनुसार बनती है । कच्ची हरी मटर खाने में बहुत ही स्वाद लगती है और हर बच्चा और बड़ा इसे खुश होकर खाता है । मटर हरी और कच्ची कच्ची हो तो सब्जी बहुत ही अच्छी बनती है । जो माता और बहन अपने नवजात बच्चों को पेट भर स्तनपान नहीं करा पाती और दूध की कमी रहती है उनको कच्ची मटर की सब्ज़ी का सेवन कर चाहिए। इससे दूध की मात्र बढ़ जाती है। सामान्य तोर पर कमजोर बच्चो को कच्ची मटर चबा चबा कर खानी चाहिए इससे उनकी कमजोरी दूर होती है।
कमजोरी का इलाज़ मटर के साथ
एक पाव कच्ची मटर के हरे दाने हर रोज़ चबा चबा कर खाने से शरीर में आई कमजोरी दूर होती है । जो मटर नहीं खा सकते है उन्हें रस ले लेना बेहतर रहता है । रस का सेवन सुबह के समय करना चाहिए |
जिन्हे
पेट में दर्द हो उन्हें हरे मटर नहीं खाने चाहिए इससे पेट में दर्द बढ़ सकता है ।
